Your New Job
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Leading the execution of strategic growth plans aligned with long-term goals.
2. Partnering with internal teams to ensure sales initiatives are effectively implemented across all levels.
3. Researching market trends and member behaviour to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
4. Creating outreach strategies that connect with younger audiences and community groups.
5. Coordinating marketing campaigns and leading promotional efforts to boost engagement.
6. Embedding a proactive sales culture across the organisation through training and support.
7. Overseeing external communications to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
8. Evaluating performance metrics to refine strategy and maximise outcomes.
9. Ensuring all activities comply with relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
What We Are Looking For
1. A qualification in a business, finance or marketing discipline (QFA is advantageous).
2. 3+ years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in financial services.
3. Experience turning insights into action and delivering real results.
4. Confidence in working independently and influencing others across an organisation.
5. Strong communication, data analysis, and presentation skills.
