Key Responsibilities:
* Manage data management systems for instrument control in laboratories, including GLIMS, Laboratory Execution Systems, Lonza MODA, and Waters Empower.
* Work within an environment that adheres to principles of lean, focusing on simplification, standard work, and visual management.
* Develop Lab IT Systems to support the commercialization of biologics pipelines.
* Understand analytical methodology, including HPLC, ELISA, SDS-Page, Glyco analytic, Bio-Assays, PCR, capillary electrophoresis, and compendial assays.
* Familiarize yourself with GMP, ICH, USP, and global compendia regulations and guidelines, particularly as related to analytical method development and validation.
* Utilize strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
Requirements:
* A degree qualification in a technical discipline.
* At least 2 years' experience in laboratory systems, with Labware LIMS experience preferred.
* Prior experience with configuring, building, maintaining laboratory management systems such as LIMS/MODA and/or Empower systems, and interest in coding/script.
* Ability to think logically and be proactive under pressure.
