As a senior VMware professional, you will be part of an agile team working within a dynamic managed service environment. You will provide technical expertise across multiple customer environments, collaborating closely with architects and clients to design and implement complex solutions from inception through to deployment.
You will be responsible for managing high-priority incidents, proactively monitoring customer systems, and engaging in activities such as patching, upgrades, and performance tracking to ensure optimal system functionality.
In addition, you will design and deliver enterprise-level systems management and monitoring solutions, serve as a technical design resource for client engagements, and develop customer technical proposals and solution specifications.
The ideal candidate will have VCP and/or VCAP certification, 4+ years of experience in data storage and management, and proficiency in at least three of the following VMware technologies: vSphere, Site Recovery Manager (SRM), vSAN, Horizon, Workspace ONE, NSX, or vCloud Director (vCD).
