Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Manager to join our team. As a senior member of our Transportation department, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership on rail engineering projects in Ireland.
You will oversee the multi-disciplinary design process, ensuring that designs meet client requirements and industry standards. Additionally, you will manage a team of engineers and discipline leads, mentoring them to improve performance and implement quality management systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consultancy environments, with a strong background in project delivery using BIM Level 2 equivalent methodologies. They should also possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentations), as well as full driving licence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland or equivalent professional institution;
* Experience delivering multi-project teams is essential;
