Senior Architectural Technologist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our multidisciplinary engineering, environmental and design consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of sustainable solutions for our clients.
The successful candidate will have:
* 8+ years experience preferably in a consulting role(s)
* A recognised accredited qualification
* Membership of RIAI (Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland)
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for leading project teams through all stages from concept to completion. This includes adopting appropriate design philosophy and developing concept designs; preparing and reviewing designs and design documentation; managing project resources; implementing company policy; planning and managing project deliverables within agreed timelines.
You should have strong technical skills including proficient application of Building Regulations. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential with ability to prepare high-quality project reports with stakeholders at various levels.
