Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications: Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Italy, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time with attention to detail.
