Key Responsibilities:
A key responsibility of this role is recruitment and onboarding. This includes managing full-cycle recruitment across various operational functions, preparing job advertisements, screening applicants, scheduling interviews and assisting with candidate selection.
The successful candidate will also be required to conduct new hire orientations ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation while maintaining accurate employment records
Another critical aspect of this position involves employee relations where you will provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors regarding policies performance concerns workplace issues assist with conflict resolution investigations processing disciplinary actions promote a culture of respect fairness collaboration consistent with organizational values Liaise with shop stewards resolve issues),Safety training provided may apply terms shifts etc available. -----------------------------------
The post Holder must have either completed or been awarded level 8 honours degree in human resource management (or related area). The holder Must possess at least two years experience within the field preferable at manufacturing food production environments.
