We are looking for a **Senior UI/UX Designer**to help grow our business and contribute to our future. * Act as a leader within the Product Design team, collaborating with other designers to enhance the work of the team and guide others working on the product.* Translate complex concepts into clear user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs* Drive and assess design solutions based on user research input, user goals, and business requirements* Contribute to and help evolve design systems, patterns, and best practices* Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility (WCAG), and brand standards* Educate team members and stakeholders on usability practices and considerations* Partner closely and constructively with product management and engineers to understand technology capabilities, build outstanding designs and achieve high product quality and customer satisfaction* Facilitate and evolve the product vision through user research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing* Develop relevant ideas into concrete design proposals to share with product and management teams for future consideration* Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams* Being the voice of the user on your team, ensuring that the products we deliver solve the right problems for our users in the right ways.Knowledge: * 5+ years’ experience in user experience design, interface design, interaction design, information architecture, or other related disciplines* Experience designing for mobile devices would be an asset* Proficiency in a variety of design tools to create beautiful high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.* Ability to adapt designs across platforms and form factors with an understanding of the opportunities with and limitations of different platforms and form factors* Aware of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for translating requirements into visual concepts* Broad knowledge of capabilities, best practices, and limitations of Web technologies such as CSS, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and JQuery* Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team working in unison with other designersAt ISC, we believe in progress with purpose and are proudly certified as a Great Place to Work.
