* Previous experience in banqueting, hospitality, or event coordination
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities for the Banquet Supervisor Role
* Greet bridal couples and event organisers with warmth and professionalism
* Assist the Banqueting Manager in the preparation, service, and coordination of all functions
* Supervise and support team members throughout the event service
* Ensure banquet facilities are impeccably presented and maintained
* Manage the smooth flow of service during weddings, receptions, and evening functions
* Communicate event schedules and timing changes to all relevant departments
* Liaise with chefs, bands, and top table personnel to ensure seamless coordination
* Handle guest queries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
* Uphold health and safety standards and participate in training and fire drills
* Support sustainability efforts and environmental best practices within the hotel
