We are looking for a Paralegal based in Ireland to join a growing Employment Team of an international law firm in Dublin.

Our client is an international law firm with offices across key financial and commercial centres, including Dublin. The Employment Team advises multinational clients on Irish and EU employment law, supporting complex cross‑border matters, contentious disputes, and strategic HR advisory work.
⚖️ The Role
You will support the Employment Team on a wide range of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, working closely with associates and partners across the firm’s international network.
