Autonomy: You will lead the HR function for this specific site, managing the remit with significant independence and decision‑making power.
Strategic Partnering: Influence talent management, site‑wide culture, and organisational design across all departments.
Full Lifecycle: Lead everything from leadership development and engagement initiatives to complex employee relations and people analytics.
Site Ownership: This role is the perfect opportunity for a BP ready to manage a full‑site organisational footprint rather than just a single business unit.
Candidate Profile
Environment: You must have a proven track record working within a fast‑paced manufacturing or industrial environment in Ireland.
Partnering Pedigree: Demonstrated experience in a dedicated Business Partnering capacity, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
Talent Expert: Deep experience in performance management, culture transformation, and talent development.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (CIPD membership is preferred).
Legal Expertise: A solid, up‑to‑date understanding of Irish employment law.
