Supply Chain Planning Lead
Drive business success by optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring efficient production scheduling, and maintaining regional inventory targets.
* Develop and manage monthly demand planning and forecasting processes to support effective factory scheduling.
* Collaborate with operation teams to fulfill demand plans and optimize production capacity.
* Implement effective order management processes to deliver on-time customer satisfaction.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives with a sharp customer focus.
* Manage the planning and scheduling of solutions factories to ensure production meets plan and adheres to finished goods regional inventory levels.
* Support weekly planning and shipping scheduling alongside logistics and 3PL functions.
* Optimize production line capacity management, maximizing labor efficiency and minimizing production changeover activity.
* Develop forecast accuracy controls and measures, working with regional and commercial teams to drive ongoing improvement plans.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
* Minimum three years experience in similar planning role.
* Knowledge of manufacturing inventory controls, finished goods safety stocks, and related purchasing and logistics activities.
* Excellent MS Excel skills with data management and reporting through MRP/ERP systems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate across global functions and time zones.
* Effective task prioritization and rebalancing skills.
* Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to organize and facilitate manufacturing planning constraints.
* Resilience in achieving results through driving improvement plans and initiatives.
