About the RoleThis is a hands-on role for someone who can move confidently from concept to site—balancing strong design thinking with excellent technical delivery.You'll take ownership of projects,space planning, interior architecture and design development, detailing and documentation, while coordinating consultants and supporting construction-stage delivery. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, fabricators and suppliers to ensure design intent is protected and the final result is beautifully executed and buildable.What you'll doLead interior architecture and design across concept, developed and technical designProduce and manage high-quality AutoCAD drawing packages (GA, RCP, elevations, sections, details, schedules)Coordinate MEP/lighting/fire/accessibility inputs with the wider teamSupport site delivery: meetings, inspections, RFIs, snagging and project close-outMentor junior team members and help maintain studio quality standardsWhat we're looking forDegree in Interior Architecture, Architecture or Interior DesignTypically 7+ years' experience, ideally in hospitality and/or retail, with 2+ years experience in leading projectsStrong technical detailing and construction knowledge (joinery, finishes, ceilings, partitions, signage integration)Advanced AutoCADProficiency in Sketchup, Photoshop, Corel, 3D studio Max or Cinema 4DClear communicator, organised, proactive, and calm under pressureExperience of sustainable design approaches and material responsibility is an advantageSite experience (at least 2 years) is requiredFull clean driving licence and own car is requiredFluent written and spoken English is required.If you thrive in a collaborative studio and enjoy seeing great design through to completion, we'd love to hear from you.Visa Status:You must be already resident in Ireland and fully registered to work here, with all required visas, stamps, permits etc
