Job Title: Banqueting Sous Chef Role Summary

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities and a flair for innovative menu planning. You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding guest experiences and crafting unforgettable moments in the banqueting kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in planning, coordinating and executing all banqueting operations.
* Supervise and allocate kitchen duties to ensure optimal staffing and workflow efficiency.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
* Lead and train the banqueting kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in luxury hotel kitchens or large-scale banqueting.
* Leadership skills to motivate and manage a busy, high-performing kitchen team.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
