We are seeking a skilled ICT Technician with hands-on experience in the installation and troubleshooting of network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking and hardware support, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and support networking devices including Routers, Switches, Access Points (APs), and Firewalls.
* Perform installation, setup, and troubleshooting of Servers and related IT equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
* Provide on-site and/or remote support for client IT infrastructure.
Requirements
* Proven experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
* Experience handling devices such as Cisco, Juniper, HP, Dell, or similar brands.
