Louth is seeking an experienced Block Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day operational and financial management of developments
Budget preparation and service charge monitoring
Planned and reactive maintenance oversight
Property inspections and H&S compliance
Contractor management and performance reviews
Liaison with residents, OMC directors, and stakeholders
Attendance at AGMs and client meetings
Reporting, record-keeping, and out-of-hours emergency support
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' block management experience
PSRA Licence (Category D) – essential
Strong knowledge of the MUD Act
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Blockman an advantage)
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle
