About the role
We're looking for someone who brings common sense, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to throw themselves into new tasks. You don't need years of experience. This is a role where you'll learn a lot, get broad exposure to how a growing business operates, and be trusted to take ownership of your work.
This role supports both our HR and Operations teams. You'll work directly with the Head of People & Operations to keep things running smoothly, whether that's helping onboard new starters, managing internal admin, supporting projects, or chasing down invoices.
What you'll be doing
* Day-to-day HR admin: onboarding paperwork, reference checks, contract admin, absence tracking, probation reviews, holiday tracking.
* Supporting recruitment: coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters, posting roles, and managing candidate comms.
* Operations support: updating internal trackers, supporting project paperwork, supplier forms, expense reports, invoice chasing.
* Systems admin: updating Notion, Deel, Sharepoint, and other internal tools to keep information clean and accurate.
* Employee support: first point of contact for general admin queries across the team.
* General office and remote admin: arranging team events, training days, travel bookings, equipment orders, etc.
What we're looking for
* 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations role (or strong admin experience from a different industry).
* Strong common sense and sound judgement.
* Willing to take on new tasks and figure things out.
* Comfortable using systems (we use Notion, Deel, Sharepoint, Microsoft office)
* Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
* A strong communicator who can keep things clear and moving.
* Proactive approach to spotting and solving small issues before they become bigger problems.
What you'll get
* A genuine learning opportunity with exposure to both HR and Operations in a scaling business.
* Fully remote role (Ireland-based).
* 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off
* Direct mentorship and support from experienced managers.
* Broad experience that will build a strong foundation for future career steps.
* Be part of a team that's practical, ambitious and focused on delivering real results.
* Monthly team-building workshops and social events.
Salary: €32-40k depending on experience.
