Job Title: Senior Leadership Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Leads a team of social care workers and leaders in providing care for separated children seeking international protection.
* Works with the Social Care Manager to develop strategies and initiatives that promote the well-being and integration of young people into the community.
Requirements:
* A strong leader with excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Familiarity with child protection policies and procedures, as well as experience working in a children's residential care setting.
* Strong knowledge surrounding child protection, HIQA, and leadership skills to support a staff team.
* Hold a qualification in social care or relevant with 3 years' post-qualification work experience.
