This role encompasses technical, commercial and leadership responsibilities within multidisciplinary teams delivering road projects across Ireland.
* Deliver high-quality designs for transportation infrastructure projects.
* Oversee project execution including the appointment of lead engineers and ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Key Accountabilities:
* Develop strategic plans to enhance design quality on various road projects.
* Mentor junior team members in leadership skills development programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong experience in engineering and technical management. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-experts and possess a deep understanding of the local transport sector.
