As a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide consultative support to clients, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction remains consistently high.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert consultative support to clients via email, phone, and chat
* Assist B2B clients with queries and technical issues
* Collaborate closely with other teams and product specialists to resolve complex cases
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
* Exhibit flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude in every interaction
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English (written & spoken, C2 level)
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service or Technical Support)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* A proactive, customer-centric mindset
