Job Title: Project Manager - Infrastructure Development As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of commercial management services for individual projects. This involves establishing and promoting best practice in health, safety, and environmental matters in conjunction with the SHQE department. Key Responsibilities: * Delivery of Commercial Management Services * To provide assistance to the Senior QS, and support on all commercial issues within the Project(s) Commercial Awareness & Team Working Encourage and develop a culture of commercial awareness within the team. Ensure the site team adheres to group procedures and governance.Delegation of Work To junior staff whilst maintaining accountability.Preparation Of Reports Preparation of internal commercial reporting and any other reports which may be required.Cost Reporting Prepare Cost Reports to the Client with contractually compliant supporting documentation.Subcontract Procurement Manage subcontractor/supplier accounts from preparation through agreement of final accounts.Contract Administration Undertake Contract administration including change management register.Identifying Risks Identify commercial risks opportunities value engineering Change.Challenge & Control Challenge manage cost control/cost mitigation.Effective Site Records Maintain correct site records Implement WBS structure satisfy client/Contract requirements.Assist In: Assist preparation Cost Complete Risk analysis Register projecs(finals).Change Events Event occurence extension time claims/disputemargin improvement plan.Tech Skills Civil Engineering Steel Structures Construction Estimating. Certification/Education/Miscellaneous Degree qualification Quantity Surveying /Construction Economics ( graduate by 2026) Chartered Quantity Surveyor(MRICS) equivalent qualifications.
