A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group
 * Minimum of three years’ experience of working in a finance, strategy or consulting role
 * Highly data literate
 * Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills
 * Genuine interest in business performance and strategy
 * Qualified accountant preferred
 * Business modelling experience
 * Professional services experience a plus
 * Team player and highly collaborative
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 * Agile and flexible attitude to meet changing priorities
 * Strong deadline awareness and time management skills
 * Excellent attention to detail
 * Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

 * Play a role in supporting business performance analyses with a focus on genuinely insightful output
 * Prepare insightful presentations and reports for distribution to executive team and Partners
 * Key involvement in strategic and financial planning processes
 * Manage and track investment spend and analyse investment returns
 * Develop ad hoc business models to support scenario planning
 * Have a deep understanding of the business and performance drivers; develop insights and analysis across segments and cohorts to understand trends
 * Be well organized, data driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Your Team
This role reports into the Commercial Finance Associate Director and is part of the KPMG Finance department. The team of 4 plays a pivotal role in managing business performance and supporting business strategy. The successful candidate will be involved in all areas of the team deliverables. The work will be varied, and full training and support will be provided. This is an in-house role and is not external client facing.
