We are now looking for a Senior Architect to join our team in Ballina on Ireland’s West Coast.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the team on a range of exciting, design-led residential and public projects, and be involved across all project stages, from concept to site.
* Receive training in sustainable practices with a clear pathway for professional progression.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years professional experience, including onsite experience
* Proficiency in preparing detailed construction and tender drawings
* Excellent working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR
* Interest in building sustainability and circularity
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality, buildable solutions
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Candidates must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application
* Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budgets
