Hotel Operations Manager Opportunity
This is a full-time Hotel Operations Manager position for a mid-sized Food & Beverage hotel in County Cavan. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth and efficient running of all departments, ensuring high standards of service, product, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel outlets to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Collaborate with owners on marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
* Ensure that all back-of-house areas are maintained to a very high standard.
* Lead the hotel team to achieve maximum revenue and deliver excellent service standards.
* Motivate and support staff through relevant training and development opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven track record in managing Food and Beverage Hotel Operations (minimum 2 years experience).
* Working knowledge of all hotel departments.
* Financial awareness regarding costings, purchasing, and labour costs.
* Aptitude for developing and motivating staff.
* Flexibility regarding working days and hours.
