Overview
A well-established market leader in the construction products sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding operations team. Specialising in the supply and installation of high-performance building components, the company delivers complex projects to top-tier clients across Ireland. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a background in site or contracts management to take ownership of nationwide project delivery, working closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple installation contracts from pre-start through to final handover
* Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal departments to ensure all project milestones are achieved
* Monitor on-site progress, budgets, and programme schedules
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and internal quality procedures
* Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to ensure smooth delivery
* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and contract files
* Represent the company in site meetings and technical discussions
* Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams and subcontractors
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 7 years’ experience in contracts or site management within the construction industry
* Previous experience working for a main contractor is highly desirable
* Proven track record of managing project budgets and delivering on time
* Willingness to travel nationwide as required
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Highly organised with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
