Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement strategic leadership development solutions.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to create programs that align with company values.
* Evaluate training and learning solutions, reporting data to stakeholders.
* Utilize applications to collect, collate, and report data on training completion, costs, and providers.
Requirements:
* Background in Policy Creation and Program Development.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
* 7+ years of experience in Policy, Learning, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Performance Management roles.
About the Role:
This is a newly created role working closely with the HR Director to support new staff and provide up-to-date material and training for the organization.
