Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our projects across Ireland.
* Lead operational teams to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality project completion.
* Promote strategic direction and oversee performance monitoring for project managers, site teams, and engineering staff.
To excel in this role:
* You should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with at least 10 years experience in civil engineering or construction. Chartered Engineer status is desirable.
* A proven track record of delivering major infrastructure projects in Ireland is essential.
* You must have excellent leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and demonstrated ability to manage budgets and commercial performance.
