Pet Marketing Executive – Pet Division
Role Overview
As the Pet Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and visibility of our pet brands. You will be responsible for managing event logistics, promotional activities, merchandise, and cross‑functional marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Pet Brand Executive, Pet Digital Marketing Executive, and the Sales team, you will help bring our brand to life across multiple touchpoints and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Logistics
* Plan and manage logistics for domestic and international events, trade shows, customer activations, and demonstrations.
* Coordinate stand materials, samples, merchandise, bookings, and staffing for events.
* Support the setup, execution, and follow‑through of demo and in‑store activation events.
Event Promotion & Marketing Support
* Assist in the promotion of events across relevant channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Work with the digital and brand teams to support campaign rollouts tied to events and key seasonal activity.
Merchandise & Promotional Management
* Manage merchandise stock, ordering, and distribution for the Pet Division.
* Work closely with the Sales team to support promotional initiatives, trade requirements, and merchandising opportunities.
* Ensure all materials are on‑brand, high quality, and delivered on time.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate daily with the Pet Brand Executive and Digital Marketing Executive to ensure cohesive brand activity.
* Support the Sales team with marketing collateral, samples, and point‑of‑sale materials.
* Contribute to wider marketing planning, brainstorming, and team meetings.
Skills & Experience
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing, events, brand support, or a similar role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* A proactive, can‑do mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Passion for animals and the pet industry.
* Experience working in FMCG, pet care, or consumer brand marketing.
* Experience coordinating events or managing merchandise.
* Full clean driver's licence and willingness to travel for events.
