Job Title: HR Officer - Part Time Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to cover a 6 month fixed term contract on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established business within a highly supportive team, providing expert comprehensive guidance and support across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional HR advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Lead and support on employee relations issues.
* Assist with recruitment and selection, including the management of international recruitment and updating social media platforms.
* Assist with the management of short and long-term absenteeism.
* Produce HR analytical reports for management as required.
* Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least one year in an HR advisory role or similar.
* A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and IT skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
