About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing People team. You will support the team in the following dynamics:
Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for graduate, junior, and mid‑level roles across engineering and support functions.
Post and manage job advertisements on job boards, LinkedIn, and the company careers page.
Screen CVs and assist with initial candidate outreach and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
Help manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners as needed.
Assist in managing contract and offer negotiations.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Recruitment, Business, Human Resources or a related field.
Proven track record using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience in HR or recruitment, particularly high‑volume candidate management or talent coordination.
Proficiency in ATS management.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as LinkedIn, BambooHR, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Thrives in a fast‑paced setting, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Desirable Requirements
Background or interest in the engineering or consultancy sector is a bonus, but not essential.
A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to contribute new ideas and adapt to changing market conditions.
Familiarity with construction sector, engineering or technical recruitment is a bonus.
