Overview
Vice Store Manager Kildare (New opening). We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Vice Store Manager to join our new store in Kildare Village, Nurney Road, Ireland.
Boggi Milano is an Italian brand with more than 200 stores in 50 countries. Our brand emphasizes innovation, sustainability and quality through high-performance materials. We are expanding and seeking team members who will contribute to the company’s success.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute all store activities.
* Train, inspire and guide the team to achieve sales, service quality, customer loyalty, and growth goals.
* Provide a high-level omnichannel customer experience and maximize sales.
* Oversee in-store operations, including training, supervision and ongoing support for staff.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of proven experience as a Manager, preferably in Premium Retail.
* Experience coaching and developing teams.
* Natural leadership, highly motivated and lead-by-example mindset.
* Ability to drive personal and store KPIs and targets.
* Strong planning and time management skills for daily operations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexibility to handle multiple tasks; fluent in English and local language; additional languages are welcome.
