Transport Administrator
Location: Ballyboughal, Dublin Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary €28,600
What You'll Be Doing:
- Updating collection/delivery statuses and managing transport admin
- Liaising with internal teams, drivers, and customers to ensure top-notch service
- Handling transport queries and customer tracking requests
- Inputting job data into Aramex systems quickly and accurately
- Applying rates/charges and assisting with shipment processing from bonded/duty areas
- Supporting warehouse coordination and tackling issues proactively
- Delivering clear, professional communication across departments
- Maintaining a flexible approach to meet deadlines and priorities
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar admin/transport environment (preferred)
- Strong accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A calm, positive attitude–even under pressure
- Self-starter with a proactive, "get-it-done" mindset
- Full B Licence and access to a car
