At Winthrop, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, this position is fully based on-site at our Head Office in Ballymount, Dublin 22. This role will play a key function in sourcing, attracting and securing top talent across several disciplines including but not limited to: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commercial departments to support major projects in Ireland and across Europe.
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards and referrals.
* Communicate effectively with candidates to set clear expectations regarding process, timelines and offer details.
* Responsible for managing recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance.
* Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and internal hiring teams.
* Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
* Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment; construction or engineering sector desired.
* Experience in managing recruitment PSLs and vendor relationships beneficial.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
* Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
