Site Leadership Role
The Site Manager plays a pivotal role in various construction activities including health and safety, quality control, site logistics, employee relations, supervision of subcontractors, forepersons, and others to achieve project production targets.
Key responsibilities include managing systems and procedures for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, site planning and security, logistics management, deliveries, and traffic management.
* 7+ years' experience in commercial, industrial, residential, and fit-out and refurbishment building.
Responsibilities also include coordinating with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme, ensuring effective sequencing of finishing trades to maximize quality and minimize reworking while monitoring resources, labour, plant, site set-up, and other overheads.
