Senior Quantity Surveyor Residential | Dublin (Cabra) Hunter Savage is working with a well-established Irish main contractor to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major residential project in Cabra, Dublin.
This is a site-based role on a high-profile housing development, offering long-term security, strong commercial exposure, and a clear route toward Commercial Manager level for the right individual.
The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take full commercial responsibility for a live residential project, ensuring tight cost control, accurate reporting, and strong subcontractor management from start to finish.
