YOUTH FLOATING SUPPORT WORKERS
We are seeking skilled individuals to assist young people in building the skills and confidence necessary to find, set up and maintain their own homes within the community.
The MACS Youth Floating Support Service supports young people aged 16-25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or need help maintaining their tenancy.
Servicing a Community Need
Youth Floating Support Workers provide individualized support to approximately 15 young people, with ongoing assessment, review, and ensuring safe practices as appropriate.

* Support young people in developing skills and confidence for independent living.
* Collaborate with local organizations to provide holistic support services.
* Assess and address the specific needs of each young person through individualized support plans.
* Maintain accurate records of service delivery and progress.
