Senior Corporate Tax Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing corporate tax team, where you will work on a varied portfolio of clients and groups, some with complex tax affairs. You will be responsible for managing the tax compliance obligations on a portfolio of corporate clients and leading the delivery of high-quality tax compliance services to those clients.
As a Senior Corporate Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on advisory projects, including M&A, due-diligence, IP planning, and reorganisation assignments. You will also contribute to the operational management of the corporate tax department and provide mentorship to junior staff.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills to deliver corporate tax advisory services and prior experience of working with FDI cases (desirable but not essential). They will also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as strong Microsoft applications skills;
About this Role
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients with strong commercial expertise
- Deliver corporate tax advisory services, including M&A, due-diligence, IP planning, and reorganisation assignments

About You
- ITI and ACA/ACCA qualified
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a management role in a tax practice or industry
- Strong technical skills to deliver corporate tax advisory services
- Prior experience of working with FDI cases (desirable but not essential)
- Team player with experience in managing staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong Microsoft applications skills
