Elevate Partners are working with a leading multi-strategy trading firm to recruit an experienced Quantitative Developer for their Dublin office.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain trading models, data pipelines, and research platforms in close collaboration with quantitative researchers and traders.
Build high-performance, low-latency applications and tools to support systematic and discretionary strategies.
Implement robust data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions to handle large and complex market datasets.
Partner with researchers to rapidly prototype models and translate them into production-ready code.
Optimise existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Ensure compliance, security, and governance standards are embedded in all development practices.
Requirements
5+ years' experience as a Quantitative Developer, Software Engineer, or Data Engineer within trading, asset management, hedge funds, or financial services.
Strong programming expertise in Python or C# (knowledge of both highly desirable).
Experience building systems for data analysis, statistical modelling, or algorithmic trading.
Solid understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and market data (tick, intraday, and historical).
Proficiency with SQL and database technologies (relational and/or time-series).
Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
