Established organisation seeks an experienced Senior Financial Leader to oversee finance function across multiple service centres nationwide.
This senior leadership role involves ensuring financial compliance, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing the finance team.
* Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with regulatory bodies.
* Developing and implementing financial policies, internal controls, and KPIs.
* Managing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and insurance processes.
* Collaborating with external auditors and stakeholders.
* Supporting strategic initiatives and organisational change.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
* Experience in not-for-profit or public sector is desirable.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
