About the Role:
As a Depositary Oversight Officer, you will oversee the review of all fund types to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will work closely with clients to discuss exceptions identified during the review process and ensure timely completion of tasks by team members. Additionally, you will provide feedback on draft prospectuses and financial statements, appraise team performance, devise work programs and schedules, select potential team members, respond to client queries, test compliance monitoring systems and reporting thereon. ----------------------------------- ,
