About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused
Customer Success Director
to lead our client success organization in Ireland. You will oversee a team dedicated to ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role combines leadership, analytics, and relationship management to drive client value and align success outcomes with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional client experiences
* Develop and execute strategies for customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion
* Build strong relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners
* Analyze customer health metrics and implement proactive engagement initiatives
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to improve customer outcomes
* Design scalable frameworks for onboarding, renewal, and advocacy programs
* Represent the voice of the customer in internal strategy discussions
* Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client operations
* Proven leadership experience managing customer success or client-facing teams
* Strong analytical and communication skills with a strategic mindset
* Experience with CRM and customer lifecycle tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong stakeholder alignment
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
