Restaurant Supervisor
Monday – Friday (some weekends involved)
€ per hour
12-9pm
Requirements:
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Must reside in Ireland and have the right to work
* Previous experience required in a similar role
* Must lead by example
Responsibilities:
* To manage the restaurant operations on a day-to-day basis, working closely with restaurant managers, team leaders and team members
* To oversee and support the overall guest experience
* Maintain the highest standards across all areas of the business
* Oversee stock and cash control, including till reconciliation
* Deputise for the restaurant manager in their absence
* Ensure training records are in place and all staff attend and adhere to standard operating procedures
* Ensure there is a written record of all incidents or accidents and report to the restaurant manager
* Promote a safety culture.
* Relevant Daily and Weekly checks must be completed with the support of the team and restaurant manager.
* Lead the day to day operations from a HACCP perspective.
