Finance Manager
Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance management across a multi-entity environment.
This is a hands-on role supporting leadership with strategic decision-making, financial planning, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Deliver high-quality management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and internal financial controls
Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, tax advisers, and banks
Lead audit processes and ensure regulatory and governance compliance
Provide financial input on new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects
Manage and develop the finance function and support cross-functional collaboration
About You
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
5+ years' experience in a senior finance role
Strong commercial and strategic mindset
Experience in multi-entity or SME environments
Excellent financial modelling, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organisation
