About the Role
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about empowering service users to live independent lives in their home and community. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a key role in developing and delivering person-centred plans that cater to the unique needs of each service user.
Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification in healthcare or a related field and have prior experience working with individuals with disabilities. A full clean manual driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is also required.
