As we continue to expand our operations in Ireland, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the business across Ireland. This role involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan to acquire new customers and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring profitable sales growth.

The role requires collaboration with various internal departments, including sales, supply chain, commercial, purchasing, and customer service, to deliver seamless customer experiences and integrated solutions.

The Business Development Manager will leverage their technical knowledge and market insights to support the commercial team and align with corporate sales strategies.

Skills required.

* Strong influencer and ability to effectively navigate successful change.
* Demonstrate the ability to challenge, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels.
* Ability to influence behavioural changes and development of skill sets for the future business needs.
* Exceptional skills in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.
* Proven track record of executing sales strategies / growth in a matrix environment.
* Thorough understanding of customer behaviours and purchasing patterns and appropriate marketing principles.
* High level of knowledge / relationships with end user customers to help accelerate growth. and build reputation particularly at corporate customer interface level.
* High level of operational sales experience, particularly around branches and operational service‐based value propositions.
