**Job Title:** Senior Site Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead our site operations, ensuring effective and hygienic management at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting departmental management teams in day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial:
o To increase sales and profitability of the site by developing a system for forecasting peak demand periods and implementing marketing strategies within site guidelines.
o To monitor costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
* Customer Service:
o To deal effectively with customer issues and create a culture of positive customer interaction with colleagues.
o To develop a spirit of professional and friendly customer service.
* Human Resources:
o To develop a strong management structure and work closely with key management and supervisory staff on the site.
o To train staff in line with HR guidelines from the support office.
* General:
o To ensure general upkeep and appearance of the site.
o To maintain health and safety on site and ensure legal compliance for both staff and site.
