Post ID: ****** Post Summary :- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Business Systems Analyst to lead the delivery of the technical aspects of Trinity's Micro-credentials Systems Project, a key enabler of the University's Strategic Plan ********* and its commitment to lifelong learning.
Reporting to the Micro-credentials Programme Director, the postholder will take responsibility for the project to design, co-ordinate, and delivery on system developments that enable micro-credentials to be integrated across the full student lifecycle (from application and registration through to award and stacking of credentials).
The postholder will lead on the business process analysis, automation and workflow design, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems (particularly SITS) and with institutional governance requirements.
They will manage relationships with key stakeholders across Academic Registry, IT Services and Academic Schools, translating business needs into technical requirements, overseeing configuration and testing, and ensuring sustainable solutions are delivered to support Trinity's long-term lifelong learning strategy.
Post status: Specific Purpose Contract The specific purpose of this appointment is leading the delivery of the technical aspects of Trinity's 'Micro-credentials Systems Project'.
This employment is not offered on an indefinite duration basis as once the deliverables of the project have been achieved; the role will cease.
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-3), Salary Scale (€69,545 - €89,965 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
