We're a small but ambitious kitchen manufacturing company looking for a Kitchen Designer /Salesperson to join our busy team.
What You'll Do
Work with customers to design bespoke kitchens that are both functional and stylish
Manage projects from initial consultation through to installation
Support sales by guiding customers through the design and decision-making process
Oversee the flow of the showroom, workshop, and fitting schedules to ensure smooth operations
Liaise with suppliers, fitting team, and clients to keep projects on track
Contribute ideas to improve the showroom experience and overall customer journey
What We're Looking For
Experience in kitchen design/sales and CAD software
Strong organisational and project management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Sales experience or a natural ability to engage and guide customers
Passion for design, detail, and delivering a high-quality finish
Good salary package for the right candidate
