Our client, a not-for-profit organisation with a mission to support people from underrepresented backgrounds into meaningful employment, is looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join their team.
This is more than a sales or outreach role, it is a chance to build partnerships with employers and help change lives through access to career pathways in tech, sustainability, and beyond.
What You Will Do
* Research and identify potential employer partners, especially in green and tech sectors.
* Drive outreach campaigns and secure engagement meetings.
* Organise impactful employer and industry events.
* Support vacancy fulfilment and job-matching for programme graduates.
* Maintain CRM systems and support with data accuracy and reporting.
What You Will Bring
* Experience in lead generation, marketing, or sales.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
* Self-starter with a passion for purpose-led work.
Fluency in English is essential.
