Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist and Accounts Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a 12-month onsite contract position within a busy and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will work as part of the finance team, managing a fortnightly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all payroll activities.

* Process payroll in line with company and statutory deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations, PRSI, USC, and other statutory deductions.
* Manage employee entitlements including annual leave accruals.
* Handle payroll queries from employees in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate payroll records and support audit requirements.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless payroll operations.
